Rebecca Lowe is a licensed mathematics educator and learning specialist with more than 25 years of experience in teaching and educational leadership. She holds two master’s degrees in Curriculum and Instruction and School Counseling, along with a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Mathematics Education, bringing a deep and multifaceted understanding of how students learn best.

Rebecca has taught across private and boarding schools, public schools, community colleges, and online platforms. Her career spans eight states, Washington, D.C., and two countries, and she has taught mathematics from middle school through Calculus. Having also taught in Ottawa, Canada, she brings valuable insight into both U.S. and Canadian educational systems.

As a Navy spouse, Rebecca understands the importance of adaptability, consistency, and perseverance—qualities she brings to her work with students. Her athletic background in sailing, lacrosse, running, yoga, and triathlons has strengthened her communication and teamwork skills, which shine through in her teaching.

Mike Lowe is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, where he played Division I soccer. Following a distinguished 20-year military career, he turned his focus to education in 2017. Since then, Mike has taught and served as a senior administrator at two New England independent schools and led an educational nonprofit dedicated to applied mathematics.

Mike supports students in Physics, Chemistry, and Math from Grades 4 through Algebra II, combining a practical, problem-solving approach with a calm, encouraging style.

Outside of teaching, Mike enjoys captaining Peregrina, the boat he shares with Rebecca, spending time with their two dogs, Monte and Maggie, and surfing as much as possible.
